Now, into my story:
I have struggled from mental health for most of my life from an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, a panic disorder, an abusive relationship, PTSD, body dysmorphia, and ADHD.
I openly speak out for mental health and my struggles in the hope that it could help someone feel less alone, know that there is a light, even if it's the smallest glimmering bit, know it's okay to not be okay, and it's okay to ask for help. I would go through what I've been through a million times over if it could take some ones pain away.
So please enjoy my story:
Love always,
Sweetheart Harley
